1. This certificate is a valid certificate to certify the identity of the retirees and enjoy basic pension insurance on a monthly basis.

2. This certificate must be filled in by the unit of the retirees and the modification is strictly prohibited.

3. This certificate is valid only when it is affixed with the embossing seal and oil seal by the Administration   Department of Labor and Social Security which is responsible for examing and approving   the retirement.

4. In case of any damage or loss of this certificate, application for replacement should be made with a valid   certificate to the issuing authority in time.

5. This certificate is issued by the provincial Administration Department of Labor and Social Security, and   shall not be reproduced by other departments and units.
